How long have you been breeding Maltese & Yorkshire Terriers?

I have been breeding Maltese and Yorkshire Terriers since 1998 and have been working with dogs for over 15 years.

Do you require that all non-show puppies go with a spayed/neutered contract?

I do have a contract that does require all puppies being sold as a pet be spayed and/or neutered.

At what age do you allow your puppies to go to their new home?

My puppies are able to go to their new homes after they have reached at least 12 weeks of age and are eating on their own.

Do your puppies have shot records?

All puppies are sent home with at least one set of booster shots. The vaccination I use is a 5-way and covers: Parvo Virus, Distemper, Adeno Virus II and Parafluenza.

Are your puppies registered with the AKC?

All of my puppies are registered with the AKC unless specified otherwise in their contracts.

How do you assure the parentage of your puppies?

All our adults are either Micro-chipped and/or have DNA on file with the AKC.

Will you take back the dog back, should this ever become necessary?

The contract does cover a right of first refusal on all my puppies.

Are your puppies guaranteed?

All my puppies come with a two year health guarantee.

Is it an easy to train and housebreak a toy?
